Cmass is the hosted version of our application suite. It puts Software as a Service technology at your fingertips and gives you access to our full range of integrated business solutions without the need to set up hardware or install software. This gives you complete mobility and removes your dependence on a particular desktop or notebook PC. Just log in from wherever you are to gain access to your company and client records and data. All you need is a Windows PC, notebook, MAC and Internet access and you are ready to log on to begin using the service.

Cmass license charges are paid monthly and you don't have to commit to a term contract. What's more, you can cancel your subscription at any time and export your contacts data for use in other applications.
We also operate a recommend a friend scheme which gives you a subscription discount or cash rebate … ask for details.
Subscription fees:-
Standard 4 user license fee: £40 per month
Additional per-month user fees:

| 21+ users: | special terms apply |
Initial set-up fee of £150 which covers:-
- Account creation for all users with required access permissions
- Email set-up and configuration
- Assistance with connecting Outlook/Outlook express/Iphone/Blackberry
Consultancy (£20 per hour + travel costs):-
- Importing of data records from Excel, Outlook etc.
- Entry of calling cards
- Data cleaning (to make it consistent and usable)
- Staff training
