Career Coaching

Whether you are considering future career options or have had a career change imposed on you through restructuring, trying to work through the possibilities and figuring out how to proceed can be very challenging when working alone.   Conversely, having access to professional career coaching support with CMA can be hugely beneficial by easing and facilitating the transition into the next phase of your career, whatever that may be.

Every individual is likely to have their own specific needs but a CMA career coach will typically help to provide structure to the transition being experienced, help the individual to identify areas of interest and strength, clarify their options and position them optimally to achieve their identified goals. Usually this happens over an agreed period of time during which the coach and coachee meet regularly to plan and review progress, identify and agree new activity and address any issues that the coachee may face.  Meetings can be face to face, via telephone or on-line to suit the needs of the coachee.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is normally focused on helping people in senior roles to be more effective in their roles, often through the development of new skills or the further development of existing skills.  It may also include the development of specific behaviours and providing support to executives in dealing with specific issues or challenges that they face in the course of their work. As above, this happens over an agreed period of time when the coach and coachee meet to plan and review progress, identify and agree new activity and address any issues that the coachee may face.  Meetings can be face to face, via telephone or on-line to suit the needs of the coachee.
