CMA Associates are experienced in the design and facilitation of leadership development programmes and can tailor programmes to align with and support organisational needs, values and, where appropriate, organisational competency or leadership models.
As with management training, the approach to leadership development is one of facilitation rather direct training. Thus delegates are exposed to a rich learning environment where they learn about themselves and others as well as how to realise their potential whilst participating in high quality learning activities. Where requested / appropriate, programmes can be supported by CMA coaching and / or linked to existing organisational mentoring initiatives.
Linking programmes to formal Management/Leadership qualifications
Some clients are keen to see their employees not only experience top quality development but also receive a formal qualification for their learning. CMA can facilitate development programmes that give access to formal Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) or Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualifications provided that delegates complete approved ILM or CMI assignments. Delegates undertaking such assignments with CMA have access to ILM and CMI approved tutors for individual guidance and support.
