Jane Quy

Jane graduated from Oxford Brookes University after studying Human Resource Management.  She has over 20 years experience in Human Resources and has spent the last 10 years in people development.

 

She worked for an American multi-national engineering and manufacturing business until 2012 in numerous Human Resource roles, predominantly at a senior level.  Her roles have been both pan European and Global and have involved significant organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives.

 

Since 2012 Jane has been working as an independent consultant specialising in the development of people.  As a Talent Management practitioner, she has significant experience of the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her most recent successes have been in working with young and/or newly appointed managers and professionals to help them develop the skills, knowledge and competencies they require to feel confident and successfully achieve their personal and business goals.

Mike Walker 

Mike is a graduate of Aston University and worked in executive leadership and management roles at Director level for over 25 years.

 

He worked for a Swedish multi-national industry leading organisation at Board Director level, primarily in Marketing, Sales and Business Development job roles. His various job role assignments enabled him to travel extensively to many Countries across the globe, garnering a wide breadth of business and cultural experiences.

In most recent years Mike also undertook to lead several business projects, including the integration of a Company acquisition, and latterly spent seven years co-facilitating in-house Leadership Development programmes, to support and secure talent progression and succession planning.

 

Mike has recently been appointed as a School Governor of a Pupil Referral Unit and is currently the Vice-Chair. He has a keen interest in all sports, is a member of a local amateur theatre company and is learning to play the piano.

David Roberts

David has a proven record over 20 years in the arena of Learning & Development, HRD and Organisational Change. He is an alumni of Warwick University. 

 

His commercial experience includes Business Development as National Sales Manager in the vehicle leasing industry, business planning for a division of ASDA and over 10 years working in academia as  Principal Consultant at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. In this role he designed, delivered and managed programmes for clients including Hill & Smith plc, ZF Lemforder, Mann & Hummel, Teach First, Wolverhampton City Council, Carter Thermal Industries, Shropshire Housing Group and Goodyear Dunlop in addition to teaching.

 

David is a qualified HR professional, he has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development for over 20 years. He also has a Master’s degree with Distinction in Human Resource Management & Organisational Change, and a number of Post Graduate Certificates/Diplomas in HRM/D, Teaching and Learning, Leadership and a first degree in Economics. His academic interests are exploring the ‘contested space’ between academia and practice. He is currently studying for a level 7 ILM Coaching & Mentoring programme and awaiting the outcome of a CMI Chartered Manager application.
